What payment methods do you accept for donations?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, and American Express debit and credit cards through the secure Niubiz platform. You can also donate with international cards.
Is my donation secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Niubiz, which complies with PCI DSS international security standards. Your personal and financial information is protected at all times.
Will I receive a confirmation or receipt for my donation?
Yes. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your donation. If you need a donation certificate, you can request one by contacting the VIDAWASI donations team.
Can I make an automatic monthly donation?
Yes. You can choose the recurring donation option and Niubiz will automatically charge your card each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the donations team.
What should I do if my payment was declined?
If your donation was not processed, we recommend verifying that your card is enabled for online purchases and that you have sufficient funds available. You can also try again or use a different payment method.
Can I donate from abroad?
Yes. We accept international cards through Niubiz. Simply complete your information and the payment gateway will process the donation in soles (S/).
Can I request a donation certificate?
Yes. VIDAWASI can issue donation certificates for tax purposes. Contact us through our official donations channel to request one.
