Who are we and where are we?

We are a non-profit social organization that promotes, develops, and executes health and cultural actions, in favor of the decentralization of specialized pediatric health services in Peru.

Located in the Yanahuara Population Center, district and province of Urubamba, situated in the department of Cusco, with a strategic location with 7 perimeterly adjacent regions, we generate impact to all the communities of the Sacred Valley of the Incas and in regions surrounding Cusco; we represent a great opportunity for more than 800,000 children in the area of influence and we work constantly to very soon be a national reference center.

To contribute to the decentralization of children’s health and strengthen primary care services in our country, expanding access to high-complexity pediatric services for vulnerable populations.

We want to consolidate ourselves as the most important Center for Training and Excellence in Child Health in Latin America. A space for the training and education of professionals committed to specialized pediatric care, supported by our national and international partners.

The pavilion is one of VIDAWASI’s most important achievements. It is designed to provide specialized surgeries, preventing families from having to travel to Lima. Currently, the 1st floor has already been inaugurated, where outpatient care is provided.
